ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL
When placing an order with Buynexxa LLC, the estimated delivery time depends on two key factors: handling time and transit time.
1. Handling Time
This refers to the time it takes to process your order before it is shipped.
Orders are typically prepared and handed off to the carrier within the following timeframes:

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Ladies’ Tees, etc.): 2–4 business days

Mugs: 1–3 business days
2. Transit Time
Once shipped, your package’s transit time will depend on your location:

United States Orders:
We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS, depending on your delivery area.
Average delivery time: 5–7 business days.
(Most packages are delivered through the USPS local postal system.) -
International Orders:
Orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce and delivered through your local postal service in the destination country.
Average delivery time: 20–25 business days.

Orders are processed only when a complete and accurate shipping address is provided. Invalid or incomplete addresses may result in processing or delivery delays.

All shipments include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status of your order at any time.
SHIPPING RATE

Base Shipping Fee: $4.99 for the first item.

Additional Items: $2.50 per item (applies to orders with two or more items).
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
Before processing your order, we verify all shipping addresses using USPS address validation data.
If your address is invalid or missing information:

Your order will be placed on hold until we receive your confirmation.

If we do not hear back from you within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Please double-check all delivery details before checkout.
Packages that cannot be delivered due to invalid addresses will be returned to us. Unfortunately, we cannot re-ship these orders, as payment information is processed only once and not stored for future use.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as:

High-demand holiday seasons

Customs inspections or clearance delays for international shipments
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
ITEM NOT RECEIVE
If your estimated delivery window has passed and you haven’t received your order, please follow these steps:

Check your tracking link to review your shipment status.

If marked “Delivered”, please check your mailbox, front porch, and any secure areas where the courier may have left your package.

If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier to file a claim.

If the tracking shows “In Transit”, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for potential carrier delays.

If you missed the delivery, reach out to the carrier to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility

US Orders: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 20 days after the shipping date, you may request a refund or replacement.

International Orders: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 35 days after the shipping date, you may request a refund or replacement.
