BUYER CANCELLATION

We understand that online shopping, especially on mobile devices, can sometimes lead to accidental purchases or sudden changes of mind.

After 24 hours, your order will begin processing, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

Eligible Products

  • You ordered the wrong size (each product includes a size chart for reference).

How to process a return/replacement

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted.

  • Provide clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

  • Wait for our review. We will investigate and respond within 2–3 business days.

  • Check your email for our decision and next steps.

Refund or Replacement Process

  • Refunds:
    Once approved, your refund will be initiated within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
    The refunded amount may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 days due to bank processing times. If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.

  • Replacements:
    If you prefer a replacement, we’ll gladly send you a new item at no additional cost. The replacement must be of equal or lesser value than the original item purchased.
